Then consider our personal needs assessment and consultation. Using our knowledge and expertise and your knowledge of your life/business, in 2-4 hours we will map out a plan to get you from where you are to where you want to be.  Want an assessment for your entire organization?  Each employee can complete an individual scorecard, or an executive or manager can fill out a scorecard for the organization.  The time required to complete an assessment varies, depending on the number of people, the space involved, and the complexity of the business. We will begin with an assessment of your space: Tour your overall space - we will walk around and we will talk about what is going on in your various rooms. Discuss what is and is not working for you. Discuss what is bothering/concerning you and why. Identify the equipment/supplies you already own. Identify the equipment/supplies you need to own. Figure out your goals - what you want for the future.

We will then create a custom productivity and organization plan for you.  The written plan includes:

• A priority ordered listing of projects that need to be completed.
• A listing of the tasks that go with each project.
• A listing of supplies/equipment you need so that you know what is missing and you can add in.
• Documentation of specific recommendations to improve your challenge areas.

By the time we are done, you will know exactly where you're going and how you're going to get there!  Once you have your personalized plan, you'll be able to do the projects yourself, have others help you with the projects, or hire us to come back and do the hands-on work with you.
